SITE Improvement Association - Schaefer-Meyer Grading is a proud member of SITE, for over 40 years - shortly after it was formed in 1966. SMGD's founder and past president, Ron Schaefer, Sr., served on its board from 1973-1982 and 1985-1993. In December, 1993, Ron was honored as being only the 2nd recipient in SITE's history to be presented with the President's Award, which is given to an individual for their outstanding guidance and leadership contributions to SITE. We attend monthly general membership meetings and actively participate in various industry-related seminars and networking events.

The Greater North County Chamber - As a member since 1976, we happily continue our relationship with the Chamber today and recognize their importance in the community and in supporting local businesses. Ron Schaefer, Sr. awarded 1989 Business Person of the Year.
